Different parts of the project are written in different languages - in brief: C#, C++, JavaScript and XUL but see KeeFox technical introduction for a bit more detail. I'll get in touch via your website in a month or two when the KeeFox code consists of a bit more than a hundred TODO comments - testing and web design will become much more important from then on.
